Great restaurant after coming back from Cape Scott

Good food, nice view over the ocean

Wings were ok. But wing night was really busy. Did take a long time and drinks were slow. Our second order was never rung through as we waited 45 before we asked where they were.

This restaurant belongs to the Glen Lyon Inn hotel but outsiders are also allowed to dine in the restaurant. It is housed on two levels in a round building. You can enter from the hotel front side and there is a winding wooden staircase behind as well. The views of the waterfront and the seaplane base from the windows is enchanting. However the service is very slow specially on the summer season weekends. The food is fairly good specially the Fish and Chips.

Great food all made by scratch. Home cooking kind of food. Nice staff. The view is beautiful and overlooks Hardy Bay.

We went for dinner in the pub to check things out. It has a great view, arguably the best in town. While the food isn't five-star, it is good, and there's plenty of it.The seafood linguini is a treat, you won't regret it.

Fantastic view! Fresh, fast & hot food. Glass was never empty. Kelly was our server. He's a great guy & real ambassador to the Port Hardy area!

Gotta say The View Ain't to Shy from the Top Deck, great looking out towards the Snow capped mountains knowing No Man or Beast has Never or Will Never Set Foot on Some of Them Peaks. Honest John The Wandering.

Good food and great view sitting by the window watching eagles fly by and salmon jump out of the water. The service was slow but everything else was great.

We were driving around town finding lots restaurants were closed on a Sunday!! But we ended up here and had a great time. The waitress was running the whole bar by herself, which I'm sure was very stressful on her but she was handling it being busy well. We both got the halibut and it was fantastic. Place could use some more local brews but was a good spot.

We love the food. Can't give five stars though because for some reason there is only one server working all the time. Even during really busy nights. That's not fair. Management should fo something. It stresses out servers and we had our orders messed up multiple times because of it.

They're closed for the season, but we can't wait to go back. The restaurant has great views, and the food was delicious

Great views! The food is mostly junk food, deep fried and with lots of cheese, but there are really nice salads.The wine is mostly Canadian and really great!Staff is polite. Chairs are hard and bathroom far away.Worth a visit for the view and the wine!

Loved the seafood here. One of the best restaurants in Port Hardy. Our glasses were always filled! The server was very efficient and the food was amazing. As a bonus, we got to eat beside a spectacular view. Will visit again soon!
